World Friendship Among Children

World Friendship Among Children is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting friendship, understanding, and collaboration among children. We believe that learning about others in childhood leads to acceptance in adulthood. We also believe that it can happen right here at home.  Our first goal is to help children be ambassadors of friendship by learning about how other children did it a century ago but using fun, easy-to-make projects that reinforce fine motor and literacy skills.

 

We follow in the footsteps of Sidney L. Gulick to help children spread his message of good will that we hope will be a step toward fostering empathy, cultural awareness, and mutual respect, laying the foundation for a more inclusive and harmonious world.
